Send a proposal or a contract
Start from a template, share the sign link, and collect a typed name. That signature is not a digital certificate.
Start from a template
Open Proposals & contracts (Propuestas y contratos). You need a client first. Pick a template and press Use this (Usar), then create the document. The invoice templates live with the invoice, not here. This page is for proposals and contracts.
The list shows title, client, status, the sign link, and a PDF. A new document is a draft.
Share the link yourself
Copy the sign link. It looks like /sign/ followed by a token. Send it to the client by your own email. Mark sent only changes the status inside Work Desk. It does not deliver a message.
The client opens the link without an account. They type their full name. Work Desk stores that name with a timestamp and the IP address. The page says so: typing the name records consent, and it is not a qualified electronic signature or a certificado digital.
After they sign
The status becomes signed, and the document shows the name, time, and IP. Download the PDF for your file. If you need a change, create another document. The typed signature is a record of agreement inside Work Desk, not a filing and not a qualified certificate.
