Export your data, and Pro
Download the workspace as JSON, CSV, or ZIP on every plan. Pro is $5/month or $30/year, and it does not go higher.
Take a copy whenever you want
Open Import / Export in the sidebar (Importar / Exportar). The page heading reads Import / Export. Download full ZIP, Download JSON, or Download CSV bundle. The ZIP is the whole workspace, including a workdesk.json file. An older taller.json import is still accepted. You do not need Pro to export.
Import snapshot brings a JSON or ZIP back in. Export before you import over existing work, so you still have the previous file.
What Pro costs
Free is $0. Pro is $5/month or $30/year. The yearly price is two months free, $2.50 a month, and it stays under the $5 ceiling. There is no seat price and no usage price. The Pro card lists a priority template gallery, Stripe payment links when keys exist, and the yearly option.
Upgrade from Pricing or from Settings. The buttons open Stripe Checkout. If Stripe is not configured on the server, you stay on Pricing and see that message. Nothing is charged. After a subscription exists, Settings shows Manage billing, which opens Stripe's customer portal, where you can cancel.
Reports, expenses, and leaving
Reports (Rentabilidad) shows a free-tier view of revenue against billable hours. Expenses (Gastos) is a simple list of costs you record yourself. Neither replaces your accounting.
If you leave, export the ZIP first. To close the account, write to alex@bitscorp.co. There is no delete button in the product. Closing the Work Desk account does not delete Stripe's own payment records.
