The service

Work Desk is a freelance workspace for one person: time, invoices with IVA and IRPF fields, proposals, contracts, and a full export. Bitscorp operates it. These terms are the rules for using it. They do not replace advice from your gestoría, and they do not change your tax obligations.

Your account

You create one workspace for yourself. There are no team seats. You are responsible for the email, the password, and the people you allow to use that login. The information you put on an invoice, including your NIF and your client's details, has to be yours to use.

Price

Free is $0. Pro is $5 per month or $30 per year. Pro is not priced above $5 per month. The yearly amount is two months free. Prices are in US dollars. There is no per-seat fee and no usage fee.

Pro is charged through Stripe Checkout when Stripe is configured. If it is not configured, the pricing page says so and you are not charged. After you subscribe, Settings can open Stripe's customer portal with Manage billing, and you can cancel there. Until a Stripe customer exists, write to alex@bitscorp.co.

Invoices and tax

You decide what to invoice and which IVA and IRPF rates apply. Work Desk calculates the totals from the rates you choose. It does not file a return, it does not send the invoice to AEAT, and it is not VeriFactu or Facturae. You send the PDF yourself. A draft does not take a number from the series. Issuing assigns the next number and locks that invoice.

Proposals and signatures

A client can accept a proposal or contract by typing their name on the public sign link. Work Desk stores the name, the time, and the IP address. That record is not a qualified electronic signature and it is not a certificado digital. You are responsible for sharing the link with the right person.

Your content

You keep the clients, time, invoices, and documents you put in the workspace. You can export them as JSON, CSV, or ZIP on every plan. You give Work Desk permission to store and display that content so the product can run, including showing a sign link to the person who opens it.

Availability

The service is provided as it is currently built. We work to keep it available, and we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend a workspace that is used to attack the service, to send abuse, or to store data you have no right to store.

Closing the account

Write to alex@bitscorp.co to close the account. Export first if you want a copy. There is no delete button in the product. Cancelling Pro in Stripe stops renewal. It does not, by itself, delete the workspace.
